We're Fletcher and Rachel, and we started SoulClean because we know what it's like to work hard and still feel like you can never quite keep on top of your home. With years of experience as a registered nurse, Rachel understands how time-poor people are between working hard, raising families and simply trying to keep life running.
We believe a clean home is about more than appearances — when your space feels cared for, everything else feels a little more manageable.
SoulClean exists to give you that back: one less thing to think about, so you can spend your time on what actually matters to you.
A few days' notice is usually fine, but booking around a week ahead gives you the most flexibility with timing and the best chance of securing your preferred date.
We're based in Burleigh Heads and service the Gold Coast, including Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just let us know your suburb when requesting a quote and we'll confirm straight away.
Rather than working off a fixed checklist, our residential cleans are based on time. We have a minimum booking of 1.5 hours, and within that time we focus on whatever matters most to you — whether that's a deep clean of the oven and kitchen followed by a quick dust and vacuum through the rest of the home, or an even spread across every room. If your home needs more attention, you can simply book a longer time slot.
The best place to start is a checklist from your property manager or real estate agent, which we're happy to work from directly. If you don't have one, we work from our own checklist based on the QLD RTA standard to give your bond the best chance of being returned in full. Please note we're responsible for the cleaning component of your bond return — other conditions set by your lease or agent are outside our control.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur 50% of the quoted price, and if our cleaner has already arrived on site, the full quote applies.
That's completely fine — you don't need to be home for us to clean. Plenty of clients leave a key in a lockbox or arrange another safe way for us to get in, then simply carry on with their day. All our cleaners are police-checked, so you can feel confident having us in your home whether you're there or not.
Not at all — we bring our own premium, professional-grade products and equipment to every clean, so you can trust we're using what actually gets the best results for your home.
Both — whatever suits you best. Since bookings are based on time rather than a fixed task list, it's worth keeping in mind that a home that isn't already well-maintained may need a longer booking to get everything covered. Otherwise, we'll simply make the most of your chosen time and focus on what matters most to you.
